I am an LA-based Producer / Content Ctreator / Editor specializing in the creation of unscripted content. My career has led me down many sub-career paths, affording me opportunities to cross multiple genres and disciplines. I have held more than ten position titles and participated in almost every genre of unscripted programming. I began my career as an Editor. Working in post production houses on both east and west coasts. I honed my editing skills cutting everything from music videos… to corporate reels… and eventually became the very first Editor of The E! True Hollywood Story. I also cut several documentaries for major cable outlets. Later in my career,I went on to specialize in editing large, multi-camera talk shows. Along the way I branched out into producing. As a Field Producer / Director, I created short 4-5 minute packages for lifestyle talk shows. I also worked for a satellite news service conducting red carpet and sit-down interviews with celebrities and various notable figures. My love of studio directing led me to work for a major Fortune 500 company directing live broadcasts for their private television network. It was an exciting time, as it allowed me to utilize the skills that I began to develop when I directed news at Emerson College in Boston. Then, along came CLICK!… a 14-episode talk-variety series about technology that I created and produced for Pfizer, Inc. This is where I caught the “development bug”… and ultimately discovered that this is what I would always strive to do for the rest of my time in this business. In the 2010s, I branched out once again, honing my skills as a Post Producer and Post Supervisor. I built several post departments from the ground up and developed efficient and cost-effective ways lead teams and finish/deliver shows. By the end of the decade I became very involved in the development and production of game shows… working as a Producer and Content Producer (Writer). In addition to my creative duties, I developed custom game electronics for pre-production runthrus, and became well-versed at manipulating game material and working with game electronics vendors. After that, it was on to reality-competition television as a Supervising Producer. I became proficient at managing a large creative staff and guiding episodes through the creative process. In addition to working on shows that are in production, I have produced & edited countless sizzle/sales reels for various clients, and helped them to navigate through the different stages of development. In my spare time, I write music for low-budget films… dabble in computer programming… and dream up ideas for new shows/content.
